Coastal offers Homebuyer Education Programs and Downpayment Programs for the public. If you are new to the homebuying process and want to understand better how to get from here to there, our programs can help.
We also offer Affordable Housing buyer selection services through lottery management. Coastal works with homebuyers, area developers, CHAPA, and state and local governments to:
- Design and carry out lottery plans
- Assess homebuyer eligibility
- Assist homebuyers through to home purchase
