Down Payment Programs

Down payment and closing cost assistance is offered to income-eligible first time homebuyers. Funding programs and communities vary – email us for more details.

• Can be used for a portion of down payment or closing costs or to reduce first mortgage owed
• Structured as a 0% deferred payment loan with no repayment required as long as terms of program are met
• Mortgage is released after a certain number of years provided terms are met
• Funds provided according to need and funds availability
